I’m a Director of IT & Cybersecurity with extensive experience across cybersecurity, IT and operational technology (OT) infrastructure, cloud computing, virtualization, and data privacy.
Throughout my career, I have built IT teams and cybersecurity programs, implemented secure cloud environments, and managed infrastructure across physical, virtualized, and cloud platforms. My work combines broad, hands-on technical expertise with the policies, risk assessments, and governance practices needed to manage complex technology environments.
I hold a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Law and Policy from Texas A&M University School of Law. I’m currently pursuing a Doctorate of Engineering in Cybersecurity Analytics at The George Washington University.
My background in cybersecurity law and compliance shapes how I approach technology leadership. I focus on aligning technology operations with business needs and evolving legal and regulatory requirements, while strengthening security, protecting sensitive information, and supporting informed decisions.
Through this blog, I explore IT, cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI governance, connecting technical challenges with legal responsibilities and practical risk management. My goal is to help readers understand these issues and make informed decisions about the technology they use and manage.
When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and exploring new places together. I’m also passionate about photography, whether I’m capturing landscapes along the way or chasing clear night skies for astrophotography.
